How is the investment amount calculated?
SEEDZ pricing is 100% customized and follows the real size of your operation instead of generic license packages. After our commercial team runs a diagnostic of your company, we analyze your exact scenario and present the investment amount.
Do I need to buy all three products?
No. The SEEDZ platform is fully modular. You can start by solving one specific pain, territorial intelligence with Atlaz, channel governance with Focuz, or loyalty with Kairoz, and expand to the full ecosystem as the financial return proves itself season after season.
Does the price change if I add more users or volume?
Our commitment is to your operation’s financial predictability. New users or expanded transaction volume are added on request, under conditions and price ranges pre-defined in the contract. Your growth happens with no budget surprises.
Is ERP integration included?
Integration is done through the APIs made available on your side and commercial approval from both parties. Specific integrations and customizations run as a dedicated project, outside the monthly fee, but already described in the contract.
What is the contract term and how do adjustments work?
The standard model to guarantee project success is 36 months, with automatic renewal (unless notified 15 days before the end). Adjustment is annual, based exclusively on the IPCA index. Different conditions can be designed while building your commercial proposal.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly via boleto bancário (bank slip). The first payment is due within 15 business days of signing the proposal, keeping the same due date in subsequent months.
